Who we are

Soleen Karim is a design professional with over 12 years of experience in the fields of architecture and planning. A Georgia Tech graduate and mother of two, she brings a refined sense of elegance and sophistication to her work, grounded in a deep understanding of practicality and everyday life. Her portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from residential homes to complex commercial and institutional spaces—including restaurants, museum galleries, federal courthouses, and science laboratories. Drawing from her background as a refugee and immigrant, Soleen brings a nuanced perspective to design—one that values resilience, adaptability, and the richness of diverse human experiences. Her work is rooted in the belief that design should serve people first, creating environments that are not only beautiful but deeply livable.

Rezhin Qader is a design professional with over six years of experience and a master’s candidate at Boston Architectural College. With a strong interest in the interplay of materiality and light, he crafts spaces that are both tactile and atmospheric. Rezhin’s approach is influenced by his own journey as an immigrant, fueling a sensitivity to context, identity, and the stories that spaces can hold. His work often explores how texture and form can shape experience, transforming everyday environments into places of quiet depth and emotional resonance.
